Exercises include:

Hand Feeding

Jumping Up
Handling
Scary Monster
Flying Solo

On and Off, In and Out: Conditions the puppy to get off furniture, hop in or out of the car, or enter and exit rooms quickly and happily when requested.
Jumping Up: Effectively teaches the puppy to sit and not jump up when greeting people.
Handling: Gets the puppy comfortable with being handled and touched by a wide variety of people without reacting negatively.
Scary Monster: Prepares the puppy for sudden, unexpected and unfamiliar movement or noise in the home or on the street.
Flying Solo: Gradually accustoms the puppy to spending time alone and being comfortable with the owner coming and going.
